Well here we are again and the year has just flown. We've had a great year and many many things have happened. The three major events for us this year being The Horse of the Year show, our trip to Australia and our own competition and judging. Our biggest project was and still is getting the new covered arena completed and as we write it's nearly there!!! (see pics below). Click on the pics and you will be able to see a slightly larger version.
We welcomed Ruth back from Switzerland after her sojourn home to visit her family and Ruth also visited some of the international vaulting shows whilst she was away, picking up new ideas for us. As usual we had a number of our European friends visit and help with training, coaching and judging. Xmas events went well dispite the inclement weather on the Vaulting Clubs main Xmas Show on Saturday 20th. We were able to show two thirds on the outdoor arena before heavy rain forced the last two events indoors, the Senior team having to perform on the barrel. Unfortunately the finished surface is still not down so we were unable to use our horses on the surface for fear of damaging the base....to near to spoil what will be a great facility!!! Anyway here's some of the Xmas Show Pics!

One of our special events each year is the Xmas Party for our L'Arche Community group and this was held outdoors in beautiful weather a week or so earlier. Next year we hope to be able to incorporate both groups in one big Xmas party and with the covered arena completed not have to worry about the weather!!!
